Nutrisystem Update~ Week 22

I learned a very important Nutrisystem lesson this week; if you don’t stick to the program…it doesn’t work. This past week was spring break for my girls and in all the craziness of trying to pack  and get to my destinations, I forgot my food. I watched what I was eating at the beginning of the week.I was very strict on what I was putting into my mouth. But then at the end of the week, we were in a hotel and my only options were eating out.We were in the car, in the hotel and traveling between spots. It was a lot of eating on the fly and some not so great choices. The result? I ended up gaining 1.5 pounds for the week. I won’t make excuses, I know what I did wrong. So the lesson is, if you don’t follow the plan..you will NOT lose any weight. And if you are running around spring break eating a burrito as big as your head…you WILL gain a pound and a half, maybe more, especially if you drink a Mexican beer with it.Lucky for me, I had my kids with me and I didn’t or the collateral damage could be much worse.

If you are interested in more information about this great plan please feel free to contact Nutrisytem or call 888-853-4689. What do you have to lose? Aside from a few pounds, that is?

“eating a burrito as big as your head” – hahahahahaha! Mmm, but those are just so tempting!

I have no doubt that you’ll more than make up for things this upcoming week, you’ve come so far that it’s okay to get a little bit off track once in a while. Looking at the overall picture, you’re still doing AMAZING!

LOL! The burrito as big as my head was one that I haven;t had since college as they are not available where I live.So I thoroughly enjoyed it. Of course, it probably wasn’t the best idea to go swimming immediately afterwards. I was taking a great chance with my life and sinking to the bottom of the pool like a rock, not to mention I felt like a bubble in my bikini..thank God for tanks and bottoms with skirts:)LOL

I hear you, those burritos are yummy!

But the fact that you were in a bikini to start with means that you’re already a hottie! I think even if I meet my weight loss goals (I mean WHEN!) that showing off this belly is still out of the question. Darn kids!

You are funny. My “bikini” is a two piece but it has one of those tank tops, not bra type.I don’t want my belly showing.First,I am no where near where I want to be..when Im in a bikini weight wise and second, I am ghostly white.I could literally blind people with my current skin color. But if you want to hear a tale of unprecedented craziness..I did go shopping and try on these bikinis at the store and actually come out to show my MIL for her opinion. I was all kinds of half naked in the store and I didn’t care. i don;t know if that is bravery or just plain stupidity?LOL I might take some time but we will both get to be where we feel comfortable in our skin. That’s all I really want. But if smokin hot is a side effect, I won;t complain:)LOL
